What we collect
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It sets one functional cookie — a session cookie for admin sign-in — which is not set for regular visitors. The personal data collected is what you submit voluntarily through the booking, contact or testimonial forms: your name, email, phone number and organization if given, and what you write about your event or message.
Who processes it
Booking requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union. Booking emails (confirmations, updates and the notice to our team) are sent through Resend, an email service based in the United States. Contact and testimonial messages are received through Netlify, which hosts this website. These providers process the data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
[TBD — set a concrete retention period, e.g. "booking enquiries are kept for 12 months," and apply it]. Approved testimonials are kept until you ask us to remove yours.
Your rights
